Apex supplies ticketed employees. The host directs the work. Apex does not supervise, inspect, sign off or hand over scaffolds at any height.
Erect, alter and dismantle under the host's scaffolding certificate of competence holder. Wrap and containment on scaffolds. MEWP operation where the plant is a scissor lift or self-propelled boom.
Not offered: supervision, inspection, sign-off or handover.
Industrial and commercial encapsulation, containment, weather protection and temporary roofs. Apex provides its own LPG and heat guns, and can complete the hot work as a permit receiver. The host issues the permit.
Film, tape and fixings can be requested. LPG and heat guns are Apex's own, not a materials order. Scaffold, MEWPs and other plant stay with the host.
Harness, temporary proprietary height-safety systems, and pre-use checks of Apex's own gear. Permit receiver on industrial sites. Welding labour where the host's procedures and tests are met.
Scissor lift and self-propelled boom only. No truck-mounted, trailer-mounted or vertical-lift EWPs.
Harness, MEWP, wrap and material handling for other trades. Always under the host's licensed or certified people.
If a job needs a ticket Apex does not hold, it is declined.
Materials
The site will take a request for shrinkwrap film, containment and encapsulation, tape and fixings. LPG and heat guns are Apex's own. Apex can complete shrinkwrap hot work as a permit receiver. The host issues the permit. It is not a general building supplier.
Not offered until the ticket is held
Industrial rope access. Scaffold supervision, inspection, sign-off or handover. Licensed asbestos removal or any friable work. Electrical work, solar connection, and connection of illuminated signs. Telco pole or tower climbing.
Dogging, rigging, slinging, directing crane loads, flying loads or hoists. Truck-mounted, trailer-mounted or vertical-lift EWPs. Restricted building work or sign-off as an LBP. Design, testing or certification of permanent anchors, static lines, edge protection or nets. Confined-space entry. MEWP servicing or inspection sign-off. EWP use in an electricity-supply environment.
